Slippery

Sometime, we run a race which is not what we image when we register, especially the difficulty part.

We select five elements (distance, Climbing, runnable, technical and slippery) and make the difficulty level (0-10) on the chart . We think this is the best way to show runners how the difficulty is and give the direction to prepare the race.

Distance

0-10 , number growing means longer. it is about every 10KM / +1

Climbing

0-10, number growing means more climbing. it is about every 1000M /+ 1

Runnable

0-10, number growing means more diff cult to run.

Technical

0-10, number growing means the course is more technical.

Slippery

0-10, Number growing means more slippery.

PS: Difficulty was Assessed by sunny day. In some bad weather situation will make difficulty level up.
