On-site Registration Only: On-site registration and bib pickup are required; there is no pre-race mailing of materials.
-
Race Start Times: Race start times and cut-off times for each category are detailed in the individual race descriptions and the "Event Schedule & Location" page. Participants must start within their designated time slot; starting early or late will result in an invalidated race time and will be considered a non-finish.
-
No Downgrading: There is no option to downgrade to a shorter race distance. Failure to complete the registered race distance will be considered a non-finish.
-
No Transfers or Sales: Registration transfers or sales are strictly prohibited. Changing race categories without authorization is also prohibited. Using another person's race bib will result in disqualification, and the organizer will not be held responsible and reserves the right to pursue legal action.
-
Environmental Protection: To promote environmental protection, cups will not be provided at aid stations or the event venue. Please bring your own water bottle, hydration pack, or cup. Littering on the course is strictly prohibited; offenders will be disqualified.

Event Cancellation: The event will proceed as scheduled unless a typhoon warning, heavy rain warning, government-declared suspension of work and school, or postponement notice is issued by the organizer. In the event of a postponement due to natural disaster, registration fees will not be refunded.
-
Liability: Unauthorized registration, running for another person, or transferring a registration may result in the participant bearing full responsibility for any accidents, including insurance claims and legal liabilities.
